You may exchange or return unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition and packaging with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Exchanges are offered based on stock availability. If we are not able to accommodate an exchange for the same item, we will notify you. You will have the option of using your credit towards the purchase of another item or request a refund...
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If after wearing your garment, it is found to be defective in anyway, please contact us immediately so that we can provide assistance in resolving the issue and will gladly exchange garments that are proven to be defective for a like item whenever stock is available or you may select another item.
All exchanges are shipped free of charge.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do provide limited international delivery and will expand to accommodate international or military orders as demand warrants it.
Do you provide custom garments?
At this time we are not able to accommodate custom orders. Some garments may require minor alterations, such as hems. Any alterations are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed and a label is generated, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number. We ship within 3 business days. If we have a delay for any reason, you will be notified immediately.
What are your delivery options?
We generally use USPS to ship products. The weight of the purchase will determine the method of shipping. If this is a rush order, please make us aware of that when you order and we will attempt to meet your request.
